Schedule
- Part-time position
- $13/hour
- Full-time shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Immediate availability
- 100% Remote (U.S. only; must be work-authorized in the U.S.)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound survey calls to members scheduled for in-home health risk assessments
- Explain purpose of calls clearly and build trust with members
- Administer structured survey questions and collect feedback on scheduling, communication, and assessment experiences
- Record responses, comments, and actionable insights in the contact center database
- Flag urgent issues, negative feedback, or requests for follow-up to the proper department
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with digitization/data entry and customer support strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capabilities
- Ability to work independently and accurately record member feedback
