Schedule

  • Fully remote, 4-month contract role
  • Shifts between 8 AM–10 PM ET (schedule finalized after training)
  • 2-week paid training provided

What You’ll Do

  • Provide member support via phone, chat, and email
  • Educate members on healthcare benefits and how to maximize their Garner plan
  • Help members find the highest-quality care at the lowest cost
  • De-escalate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and share feedback
  • Stay current on procedures while maintaining HIPAA and data security compliance

What You Need

  • 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with customer service platforms (Zendesk preferred)
  • Passion for Garner’s mission to improve healthcare access and affordability
