Schedule & Contract Details
- Contract role: 4 months
- Fully remote, US-based
- Training: 2 weeks, virtual, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET
- Shifts: Between 8 AM–10 PM ET, Sunday–Friday (preferences considered)
- Compensation: $22.50/hour + December time-off for all Contract Associates
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) member support via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate members on their healthcare benefits and how to maximize their Garner benefit.
- Guide members to the best available care options at the lowest cost.
- Handle complex and sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- De-escalate frustrated members and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address cross-departmental issues.
- Document and escalate member feedback to improve overall experience.
- Protect member privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with curiosity and adaptability.
- Technical proficiency with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
