Schedule
- Full-time, contract role
- Flexible schedule with remote work from the Philippines

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and email
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers across global markets
- Resolve inquiries while meeting team KPIs and service quality standards
- Stay current with the latest in technology and customer happiness practices
- Safely manage and handle sensitive customer information
- Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional IT teams as needed
What You Need
- Native Chinese speaker with upper-intermediate English (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (live chat and email)
- Strong analytical and research skills with a positive, responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or desktop with 8GB RAM minimum and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
- Experience or personal interest in crypto is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk
