Schedule

  • Full-time, contract role
  • Flexible schedule with remote work from the Philippines

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and email
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers across global markets
  • Resolve inquiries while meeting team KPIs and service quality standards
  • Stay current with the latest in technology and customer happiness practices
  • Safely manage and handle sensitive customer information
  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional IT teams as needed

What You Need

  • Native Chinese speaker with upper-intermediate English (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (live chat and email)
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a positive, responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or desktop with 8GB RAM minimum and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
  • Experience or personal interest in crypto is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk
