Schedule

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Fully remote (UK-based only)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer service and retention calls in French and English from clients across the US, UK, and EU
  • Provide exceptional support across multiple channels: phone, email, and chat
  • Retain clients by listening, empathizing, and offering tailored solutions
  • Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Track and communicate retention activities and progress to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues effectively
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and positive customer experiences consistently

What You Need

  • Native-level French with fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call centers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills over the phone and in writing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate data entry
  • Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Stable work history with strong customer service results
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK and reside there
