Schedule
- Remote, full-time role
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM PST
- Occasional overtime required
- Must be based in the United States and able to attend occasional training/team-building at our El Segundo, CA headquarters
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media in English and Spanish
- Use consultative sales skills to assess client goals, recommend solutions, and retain customers
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and persuasive customer support to reduce churn
- Document all client interactions and report on retention activity
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and escalate issues as needed
What You Need
- Native-level fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience (retention focus preferred)
- Strong consultative sales skills with excellent phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk experience a plus)
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Stable internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
