Schedule

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Remote role (equipment provided by local office)
  • Must be able to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals and families in gaining access to health care services
  • Provide accurate, consistent information and quality customer support
  • Document calls and create workflows
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center customer service role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong PC proficiency and ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and health insurance programs a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
