Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Remote role (equipment provided by local office)
- Must be able to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals and families in gaining access to health care services
- Provide accurate, consistent information and quality customer support
- Document calls and create workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center customer service role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong PC proficiency and ability to learn new applications quickly
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid and health insurance programs a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
