Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Assist individuals and families in accessing healthcare services
- Provide accurate and consistent information to callers
- Document calls and create workflows in company systems
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience
- Strong PC proficiency and ability to learn new applications
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance programs preferred
- Associate degree preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
