Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Assist individuals and families in accessing healthcare services
  • Provide accurate and consistent information to callers
  • Document calls and create workflows in company systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

  • Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience
  • Strong PC proficiency and ability to learn new applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
  • Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance programs preferred
  • Associate degree preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
