Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Remote role (equipment provided for pickup at your local office)
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals and families in accessing healthcare services
- Provide accurate, consistent information to callers
- Document calls and create workflows as needed
- Deliver quality customer service and support
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience
- Strong PC proficiency and willingness to learn new applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high call volume
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance programs preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish strongly preferred)
