Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, remote (work at home).
  • $15 per hour.
  • Must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to overdue accounts.
  • Assist customers with payment arrangements and account resolution.
  • Document all call-related activity for reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous collections experience required.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Professional, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.

Work at Home Requirements

  • Private home workspace at the address listed on your file.
  • Internet: Broadband (DSL or cable only), no satellite or wireless.
  • Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload.
  • Direct hardwired connection required.
  • Alorica provides necessary equipment (may include webcam).

  • Constant sedentary work with ongoing phone and computer usage.
