Schedule
- Full-time role
- Predominantly remote, with occasional onsite requirements
- Training: 4 weeks onsite at HQ in North Charleston, SC (Monday–Friday, starting the first Monday of each month)
- Locations eligible: Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Myrtle Beach, Greenville/Spartanburg Metro Areas
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone in a high-volume contact center
- Assist members with account management, transactions, loan payoffs, debit card replacements, and online account support
- Offer and explain financial products and services that meet member needs
- Transfer funds and process member requests accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet referral and performance goals
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, even in challenging situations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in banking or call center environment
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to consistently follow procedures and stay calm under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (premium pay available after 90 days upon passing bilingual exam)
- Must meet high-speed internet requirements (20 Mbps upload, 50 Mbps download, 60ms or less latency)
