  • Full-time, Day Shift
  • Remote role based out of Farmington Hills, MI
  • Pay range: $19.21 – $28.82 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service for billing and insurance inquiries
  • Assist patients with payment plans, complaints, and general inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in system records
  • Track and report trends in service encounters and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Support communication and follow-up processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Trinity Health policies

What You Need

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, financial counseling, health insurance, or call center roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
