What You’ll Do
- Become a Tekmetric product expert and guide customers through onboarding.
- Conduct detailed account walkthroughs and assist with data migrations.
- Communicate setup requirements and expectations to customers and stakeholders.
- Educate clients on features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Record onboarding needs in HubSpot and share insights with leadership.
- Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customer stakeholders.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes with team collaboration.
What You Need
- 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer-facing role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to resolve client service issues proactively.
- Experience building relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Collaborative, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
