Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NH, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV
- Paid training: 8–10 business days, on camera, interactive
What You’ll Do
- Investigate auto accident details through high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurers, and attorneys
- Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to maximize payments for hospital clients
- Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims and resubmit when necessary
- Support denial reports, audits, and other claims-related tasks
- Document case activity and contribute to team performance goals
What You Need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task across multiple screens and systems
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Experience with insurance billing or Coordination of Benefits (preferred but not required)
- A private, distraction-free home office with internet speeds of 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum
