Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in Massachusetts
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Occasional overtime may be required
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service support via phone and email
- Enter, compile, and verify data across various database applications
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
- Collaborate across departments to deliver excellent customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of related experience in a call center environment
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Passion for sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience in data entry and customer-focused call center environments

- $17–$21 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications
