What You’ll Do
- Answer support calls, respond to tickets, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform data entry and operational support, ensuring accurate client information
- Research and update incomplete records and databases
- Assist team members with tasks like inbox management, data entry, and coordination
- Support quality control checks and resolve escalated client issues
- Manage workload priorities according to client guidelines
- Provide customer support through Zendesk or similar platforms
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of related customer service or administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong time management
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
