What You’ll Do

  • Answer support calls, respond to tickets, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry and operational support, ensuring accurate client information
  • Research and update incomplete records and databases
  • Assist team members with tasks like inbox management, data entry, and coordination
  • Support quality control checks and resolve escalated client issues
  • Manage workload priorities according to client guidelines
  • Provide customer support through Zendesk or similar platforms

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of related customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong time management
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
