Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote role within the U.S.
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on team needs

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support calls and tickets, delivering superior customer service
  • Perform data entry, research incomplete records, and maintain accurate client databases
  • Schedule and execute quality control checks
  • Address escalated client and end-user issues with professionalism
  • Manage inquiries through Zendesk or other CRM platforms
  • Coordinate tasks across inbox management, data entry, and timekeeping
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Quovant services and support team cross-training
  • Prioritize workload following company methodology and client guidelines
  • Support teammates and complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of related customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined in time management, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player with commitment to collaborative success

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $38,000 – $41,000 annually + annual bonus eligibility
