Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote role within the U.S.
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on team needs
Responsibilities
- Respond to support calls and tickets, delivering superior customer service
- Perform data entry, research incomplete records, and maintain accurate client databases
- Schedule and execute quality control checks
- Address escalated client and end-user issues with professionalism
- Manage inquiries through Zendesk or other CRM platforms
- Coordinate tasks across inbox management, data entry, and timekeeping
- Maintain strong knowledge of Quovant services and support team cross-training
- Prioritize workload following company methodology and client guidelines
- Support teammates and complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of related customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, disciplined in time management, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Team player with commitment to collaborative success
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $38,000 – $41,000 annually + annual bonus eligibility
