- Full-time, 100% remote (US-based)
- Annual salary range: $38,000 – $41,000 USD + bonus eligibility

What You’ll Do
- Respond to support calls and tickets while delivering excellent customer service
- Complete data-entry and operational support tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update client information in company databases
- Research incomplete entries and provide updates to relevant teams
- Schedule and perform quality control checks
- Manage inquiries through platforms like Zendesk or other CRMs
- Address escalated client issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate tasks for team members including data entry, inbox management, and timekeeping
- Stay current on Quovant services and cross-train to support team flexibility
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience (Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zendesk a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to adapt, manage multiple priorities, and work confidentially in a team-driven environment
