Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Company-provided equipment for training and ongoing work
- Must maintain a dedicated work-from-home space with stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from providers, members, and health plans with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist callers with benefits, problem resolution, and general healthcare questions
- Log call details and follow up in proprietary ASH systems
- Research and provide timely, accurate responses using available tools and resources
- Meet service standards for call handling, follow-up, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate calls when additional research is needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience; inbound call center preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems during calls
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance standards
