Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Must have reliable internet and be “camera ready” during shifts
- Quarterly travel to lottery headquarters required
What You’ll Do
- Assist players via phone, live chat, and email with account, product, and service inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on apps, browsers, and devices.
- Communicate promotions and offers to VIP players.
- Track issues, resolve problems, and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide feedback to improve player experience and support company values.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- 2+ years inbound call center experience.
- 1+ year remote work experience with proven KPIs.
- Strong computer skills (Windows Office, apps, troubleshooting internet).
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
