Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PST
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for dealers nationwide, managing inquiries, orders, shipments, pricing, and product information
  • Enter and process customer orders quickly and accurately within internal systems
  • Manage a regional dealer portfolio and work closely with Regional Sales Managers and internal partners
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails, extracting details efficiently and providing timely, accurate responses
  • Update and maintain all customer interactions in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) to ensure cases and issues are properly tracked
  • Provide product availability, pricing, and shipping details for sales orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order entry and shipping errors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as an information resource for internal teams
  • Participate in ongoing product and compliance training
  • Act as backup support for other team members when needed
  • Ensure punctual and consistent attendance in line with company policy

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, warranty, or order processing environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and customer service software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
