What You’ll Do
- Assist players via phone, live chat, and email to resolve account, product, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot app, browser, and connectivity issues across PC, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Communicate promotional offers to VIP customers and guide them through iLottery experiences.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Stay up to date on company policies, system updates, and department processes.
- Achieve set KPIs while providing top-notch player support.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- 2+ years of inbound call center or customer support experience.
- 1+ year working remotely with demonstrated KPI success.
- Strong technical skills: able to troubleshoot smartphones, tablets, apps, and browser issues.
- Familiarity with Windows Office programs and confident computer proficiency.
- Reliable internet connection (must pass speed test) and ability to work on camera.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, customer-friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel quarterly to lottery headquarters.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior technical support experience.
- Experience assisting customers with interactive gaming or digital entertainment platforms.
