Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, remote.
  • $17 per hour.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or West Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or service issues and concerns.
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting.
  • Maintain and update customer records as needed.
  • Upsell new or enhanced services when appropriate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.

Work at Home Requirements

  • Private, distraction-free home workspace (must match personnel file address).
  • Broadband Internet: DSL or cable only (no satellite or wireless).
  • Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload.
  • Direct hardwired connection required.
  • Alorica provides equipment (may include webcam).
