Schedule

  • Temporary full-time role: October 13, 2025 – February 13, 2026
  • Training: Virtual, first week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PT)
  • Work hours: Between 6am–5pm PT, Sunday–Friday (some holidays required)
  • Remote (with hybrid option for Seattle HQ employees)

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, text, social media, and product reviews
  • Provide expert product knowledge and act as a Brooks brand ambassador
  • Process orders, returns, and modifications, and track shipment issues
  • De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support order fulfillment when needed

What You Need

  • Associate degree or 1+ years of customer service experience (contact center or specialty run experience a bonus)
  • Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, social media)
  • Typing accuracy (60 wpm), spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with runners and build customer loyalty
