Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Must reside in an eligible US state (list includes AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, TX, VA, WI, etc.)
  • $17/hour + monthly performance bonus
  • Requires private, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet (5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)

What You’ll Do

  • Guide subscribers through building and launching their websites using FMG’s CMS
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference
  • Manage 30+ projects, calendars, and schedules simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment, Domains, Copywriting, and Dev teams
  • Document work in HubSpot and set clear expectations with subscribers

What You Need

  • Prior customer service or support experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication
  • An eye for design and detail
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Project management experience or HTML/CSS interest
