What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success
- Guide new customers through onboarding and product training
- Monitor customer health, identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to uncover upsell and cross-sell potential
- Advocate for customers internally to resolve issues quickly
- Track and analyze customer metrics (NPS, churn, satisfaction) and share insights with leadership
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- SaaS, e-commerce, or finance industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success software (Gainsight, Totango)
- Ability to analyze data to drive decisions
- Passion for helping customers succeed and a customer-first mindset

- Device: Laptop/desktop (Intel i5 8th gen+/i3 10th gen+/Ryzen 5+, 8GB RAM min)
