Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across live chat, email, and Zoom.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root causes.
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge base and help center resources.
- Stay calm under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and workflow optimizations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS customer support experience.
- Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, active listening).
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Jira, HubSpot, Google Suite).
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High empathy, urgency, and humility.
Nice to Have
- Interest or experience in medical technology.
- Previous experience with Customer Advocacy programs.
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Salary Range
$55,000 – $75,000 USD annually (based on experience, role scope, and location). Includes equity opportunities.
