What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to teachers and administrators using Cambium products.
  • Troubleshoot application and access issues across devices.
  • Guide customers through reports, program features, and usage.
  • Log inquiries in CRM systems and maintain accurate case records.
  • Educate customers on product functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Report product defects and feature requests to the development team.

What You Need

  • Experience in customer service or technical support across phone, email, and chat.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, browsers, networking principles, and device support (phones, tablets, laptops, desktops).
  • Ability to learn new software features and apply them effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
