What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to teachers and administrators using Cambium products.
- Troubleshoot application and access issues across devices.
- Guide customers through reports, program features, and usage.
- Log inquiries in CRM systems and maintain accurate case records.
- Educate customers on product functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Report product defects and feature requests to the development team.
What You Need
- Experience in customer service or technical support across phone, email, and chat.
- Knowledge of SaaS, browsers, networking principles, and device support (phones, tablets, laptops, desktops).
- Ability to learn new software features and apply them effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
