Schedule
- Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
- Work collaboratively with clinical and care management teams across virtual platforms
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach calls to patients and caregivers to educate, build trust, and schedule appointments.
- Document interactions in CRM and EMR systems, ensuring accurate patient records and seamless handoffs to clinical teams.
- Meet outreach and enrollment goals while providing feedback to improve patient engagement strategies.
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or healthcare outreach experience (cold outreach experience preferred).
- Experience engaging with vulnerable populations in healthcare, social services, or mental health settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and ability to adapt communication style to meet patient needs.
- Tech proficiency with G-Suite, EMR/CRM systems, and video conferencing tools.
