Schedule

  • Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in approved states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV)
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Training Start Date: September 22, 2025
  • Training Schedule:
    • 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET (Paid training; mandatory attendance)
    • Duration: 4–5 weeks
    • Must pass final exam with an 85% score to continue in the role
  • Regular Schedule:
    • 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET (some Saturdays required)
  • Equipment Provided: Laptop, monitors, docking station, headset, keyboard, and mouse
  • Internet Requirements: Wired Ethernet connection required; 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, efficient support to accountholders regarding Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA, and other reimbursement benefits.
  • Explain account details, policies, and benefits to maximize customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Assist accountholders with navigating online portals, tools, and apps for balance checks, claims, and submissions.
  • Troubleshoot account issues and resolve member concerns independently, de-escalating where needed.
  • Handle inbound calls, and after training, cross-train into other channels like chat, email, or text as required.
  • Protect sensitive member information while complying with company and industry privacy standards.
  • Meet daily KPIs and maintain productivity across approximately 50 calls per day.

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Experience working in a remote environment with set performance metrics.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient with Windows Office programs and comfortable navigating digital workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and overtime when needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical and reimbursement terminology.
  • Prior experience in health benefits or insurance environments.
