Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote.
- $22 per hour.
- Must be a resident of Hawaii to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product or service issues and concerns.
- Document call details for auditing and reporting.
- Update customer information as needed.
- Educate and upsell customers on enhanced services when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Active listening, patience, and professionalism.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Work at Home Requirements
- Private, distraction-free home workspace (must match address on personnel file).
- Broadband Internet (DSL or cable only, no satellite or wireless).
- Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload.
- Direct hardwired connection required.
- Alorica provides necessary equipment (may include webcam).
