Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote role (work at home).
- $15 per hour.
- Must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, issues, or concerns regarding products and services.
- Document interactions for auditing and reporting.
- Update customer records as needed.
- Upsell customers on new or enhanced services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused.
Work at Home Requirements
- Must have a private workspace in your residence.
- Broadband Internet (DSL or cable only, no satellite/wireless) with minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload.
- Hardwired internet connection required.
- Alorica provides equipment (may include webcam).
