Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must reside within driving distance of El Paso, TX or Tallahassee, FL)
  • Monday–Friday, shifts assigned between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET

What You’ll Do

  • Handle escalated customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Support call center agents during live calls, providing guidance on issue resolution
  • Research and resolve complex grievances, appeals, and claim-related issues
  • Document all interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate eligibility, benefits, services, and claim status clearly to callers
  • Provide feedback to leadership on training needs and knowledge gaps
  • Assist in building a high-performance team culture through coaching and support

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general computer applications
  • Must reside within driving distance of El Paso, TX or Tallahassee, FL

Preferred

  • Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time independently and effectively
