Schedule

  • Fixed shifts: 5 days per week, 4 PM – 12 AM CET
  • Remote role based in Morocco

Responsibilities

  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the correct retailer or partner
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in internal systems
  • Safely handle sensitive customer information
  • Apply best practices for customer satisfaction and lead nurturing
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to support accurate communication

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level written and spoken required)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with lead communication and follow-up
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills with a positive, responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop/computer (minimum 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
