Schedule
- Remote role, based in New York, NY
- Full-time, 40–42 hours per week
- Shifts vary between 8 AM–8 PM ET, including some weekends
- Commission-eligible position
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support customers via outbound calls and emails regarding billing, claims, reimbursements, and policy updates
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing accurate information while strengthening customer trust
- Educate policyholders on online tools, portals, and account features
- Collaborate with your team and raise customer experience improvements during meetings
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- At least 1 year of call center experience and prior customer service background
- Strong multitasking skills, able to converse, listen, and navigate systems simultaneously
- Proven success working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with diverse customer types and handle complex issues calmly
- Tech proficiency with phone applications, G-Suite, and browsers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
