Schedule

  • Remote position (Los Angeles preferred, but not required)
  • Full-time role with flexible working arrangements
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted guide for Wellth members, answering questions about the Wellth Rewards program and resolving app/technical issues
  • Assist members in accessing healthcare services: locating providers, scheduling appointments, and arranging follow-up care
  • Connect members with resources available through their health plan (e.g., prescription delivery, blood pressure monitors, transportation)
  • Re-engage members who are struggling with adherence or app check-ins
  • Advocate on behalf of members by clarifying their benefits and available resources
  • Communicate across phone, text, and email with empathy and clarity
  • Escalate complex issues through proper channels
  • Provide feedback to improve member engagement strategies

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish required
  • Prior experience in customer service, healthcare navigation, or health insurance support
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus

Compensation

  • Base pay: $22–$28 per hour (USD), depending on experience
