Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–10 PM ET
- Typical shifts: 7 AM–3 PM ET or 11 AM–7 PM ET
- Must be on call during scheduled shifts
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of 8–12 Concierge Associates, providing regular team meetings, 1:1s, feedback, and development plans.
- Oversee team performance by reviewing ticket quality, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Serve as subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex member inquiries.
- Manage scheduling to meet member demand and oversee onboarding/training for new team members.
- Drive process improvements by relaying member feedback and implementing initiatives that enhance the member experience.
What You Need
- 4+ years of customer support or operations experience, including team management.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
- Calm under pressure with creative problem-solving ability.
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making and process improvement.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Genuine interest in improving the U.S. healthcare system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (based on skills, experience, and applicable laws).
