Call Control, LLC is a family-owned company providing exceptional customer service to automotive clients and their customers nationwide. We’re seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives who bring personality, professionalism, and a passion for making a positive impact with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule customer appointments and follow up as needed.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Work toward meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings with management and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- High-speed internet connection and a compatible wired headset.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to meet all computer system requirements.
