Call Control, LLC is a family-owned company providing exceptional customer service to automotive clients and their customers nationwide. We’re seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives who bring personality, professionalism, and a passion for making a positive impact with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule customer appointments and follow up as needed.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Work toward meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Attend scheduled virtual meetings with management and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (required).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection and a compatible wired headset.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Ability to meet all computer system requirements.
