Schedule

  • Fully remote; eligible in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV
  • Paid training: ~90 days, mandatory attendance
  • Training schedule: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT (varies by time zone)
  • Regular schedule: 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT (varies by time zone)
  • Some Saturdays required: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Guide clients through account openings, distributions, and investment processes
  • Assist with troubleshooting online portal issues and technical questions
  • Provide knowledgeable answers on IRAs, IRS codes, and retirement products
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring a positive client experience

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of retirement accounts, IRAs, or financial products preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
