  • $20/hour, fully remote, no travel required

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on SaaS and compliance software.
  • Guide clients through ACA reporting and platform features.
  • Educate and empower clients with clear solutions and best practices.
  • Document support cases and share insights to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and advocate for customer needs.
  • Stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

What You Need

  • Experience in technical or customer support, ideally in SaaS or business software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality support.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support or a related field.
