Schedule

  • Temporary, full-time role
  • October 13, 2025 – February 13, 2026
  • Required training: October 13–17, 8am–5pm PT
  • Must be available to work 40 hours/week, between 6am–5pm PT, Sunday–Friday, including some holidays

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and text.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Track and report recurring customer issues for continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely, empathetic solutions and de-escalate frustrated customers.
  • Support cross-functional teams with customer-focused solutions.
  • Identify and escalate potential fraudulent web transactions.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and manage multiple systems simultaneously.

What You Need

  • Associate degree or 1+ years of customer service experience (contact center or specialty run experience a plus).
  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, social media.
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM with strong spelling/grammar skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to stay positive and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Empathy for runners and alignment with Brooks values.

Compensation

  • Hourly range: $18.79–$20.10 (location-based)
  • $21.50/hr for employees based at Seattle HQ (hybrid schedule required)
