Schedule
- Full-time, remote (35–45 hours per week)
- Paid 6-week training: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm EST
- Post-training shifts: May include weekends, evenings, and holidays between 6:00am–2:00am EST (shift bids held quarterly)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted travel advisor, tailoring expert recommendations for clients
- Manage 1–2 inbound calls per hour and process vacation reservations
- Build repeat and referral business through strong client relationships
- Complete follow-ups and update CRM with lead information
- Proactively engage prospective customers through targeted outreach
- Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences
What You Need
- At least 1 year of sales experience with proven success in client relationship building
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Tech savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a structured virtual call center
- Private, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (5 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
