Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Core shift: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST (one weekend day required)
- Core operating hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST), Sat–Sun (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST)
- Must have a distraction-free home office and high-speed internet (20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download minimum)
- Must reside in the U.S. (excluding AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, PA)
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming villa leads with enthusiasm and deliver high-quality sales support
- Build rapport with affluent clientele, tailoring villa and destination recommendations
- Confirm availability with villa suppliers, process bookings, and manage invoicing
- Accurately input reservations and prepare contracts and invoices for customers
- Provide trip protection options and key booking details throughout the process
- Maintain ongoing relationships through follow-up calls and outbound outreach
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering a remarkable client experience
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel industry
- Strong knowledge of luxury destinations (France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, Caribbean)
- Proven ability to sell to and build relationships with affluent clients
- Professional communication and polished phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and goal-oriented with strong accountability
