π What Youβll Own
β’ Respond to ad-hoc client research requests and inquiries using Mintel tools
β’ Deliver recurring, customized email newsletters with relevant market insights
β’ Support Client Success Managers with usage reporting and engagement support
β’ Resolve access and subscription issues alongside the global Client Support team
β’ Represent Mintel as a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable product expert
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ Strong data and insights acumen with comfort in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
β’ Experience with SaaS platforms (Mixpanel, Salesforce, etc.)
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
β’ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused
β’ Self-motivated, solution-driven, and collaborative
β’ Comfortable handling multiple client accounts and deadlines
β’ Curious mindset and strong client service instincts
