Databricks is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this contract role, you’ll ensure seamless scheduling of interviews across North America, support candidate communications, and help drive recruiting operations forward. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule and coordinate phone/virtual interviews across time zones
• Keep applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and scheduling platform (GoodTime) updated and accurate
• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring teams, and candidate experience teams
• Help improve recruiting operations by identifying workflow efficiencies
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate the hiring process
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• C1 or C2 English proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience supporting recruiting or project coordination
• Data-savvy and confident using metrics to drive action
• Comfortable navigating cross-team collaboration with tact and clarity
💻 Remote Requirements / Tech Tools
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Experience with scheduling tools like GoodTime is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
