What You’ll Do

  • Handle 8–10 inbound calls per hour regarding patient medical record requests
  • Provide updates, resolve issues, and document details accurately in company systems
  • Support multiple lines of business while maintaining HIPAA and compliance standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience; healthcare background a plus
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
