What You’ll Do
- Handle 8–10 inbound calls per hour regarding patient medical record requests
- Provide updates, resolve issues, and document details accurately in company systems
- Support multiple lines of business while maintaining HIPAA and compliance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service experience; healthcare background a plus
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
